1. This Agreement shall be effective for as long as you use the Services.

Users found to have provided incorrect or inaccurate personal information when signing up for or editing their ITYogisTech L.L.C. member account may have their ITYogisTech L.L.C. member account terminated without prior notice or warning. Personal information in the sign up and account details editing area is required and must be correct, verifiable and accurate.

13.ITYogisTech technicians may use electronic and software tools they require to repair your computer, such as remote access to your computer. ITYogisTech may install software on your computer. For software installations, ITYogisTech may accept End User License Agreements on your behalf. ITYogisTech Support services are for problem-specific troubleshooting and problem resolution . Use of the ITYogisTech services does not constitute a license to use the software, applications or equipment being supported You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses to use your software and applications . A ITYogisTech Support technician must receive full access to the product(s) to be serviced

ITYogisTech technical support services are intended to address software and computer related issues like troubleshooting, virus/spyware removal and diagnose and repair hardware/sofware of ccomputer. All the Onsite support through ITYogisTech is provided through a third party or subcontractor. ITYogisTech only acts as a consultant for hiring a technician for onsite support and if any damage is done by the subcontractor or third party service providers, ITYogisTech will not be held responsible for any damage under any circumstances.

14.ITYogis offers you a 30 days refund policy.Within 30 days if you you experience technical problems contact our customer support and they will do their best to help you fix the problem and even if you not satisfied we’ll give you back your money without any questions asked.

15.This Agreement may be modified from time to time. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements. The current version applies to your use of the Services and the Site both now and in the past.
