The Runtime Folder stores temporary files that are used to load our Style Box. It increased the execution speed.
If IncrediMail is loading slowly, deleting this folder should help your IncrediMail run faster (it will be recreated over time):
- To delete your ‘Runtime’ folder, please download the exe from here. click here.
- Click ‘Run’ in the File Download dialog, click ‘Run’ again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.
Once done it will delete all temp files stored.
